Step 1: Download and install Recover Mac OS X software. Once you launch the product a main window will pop up from which you just have to choose "Recover Files" option. From the next screen choose "Recover Lost Files" option as shown in Fig 1.

Step 2: Choose the volume from which you have lost files from this screen as illustrated in Fig 2.
